Leeh DiBello

Leeh A. DiBello has been practicing in California since 2001. Prior to joining Vogl Meredith Burke & Streza, she began her career in criminal law before practicing at several well respected boutique civil litigation firms. During her career, Ms. DiBello also spent time working in both the U.S. and abroad, including Mexico City and Costa Rica, as an owner and partner of a business that she developed.

Over the course of 22 years of practice, Ms. DiBello has developed extensive experience representing individuals, insurance companies and private businesses in the defense of civil litigation, including wrongful death, traumatic injuries, premises liability cases, automobile/trucking accidents, childhood sexual abuse, employment law and product liability litigation. Ms. DiBello also has significant experience handling construction defect cases.

Legal Experience

  • Ms. DiBello’s general liability practice includes the defense of catastrophic personal injury cases, including claims for wrongful death, quadriplegia, paraplegia, and traumatic brain injury.
  • Ms. DiBello defends individuals and businesses against claims for negligence and premises liability, and manufacturers and suppliers against product liability claims.
  • She has also defended businesses in employment related claims.
  • Ms. DiBello represents businesses, including general contractors and subcontractors, in personal injury cases as well as claims for construction defects.
  • Ms. DiBello has handled/defended cases involving child sexual abuse.
  • Ms. DiBello’s trial experience includes both civil and criminal trials, as well as arbitration proceedings.
