Bruce Trevithick

Bruce Trevithick is an associate attorney at Vogl Meredith Burke & Streza LLP. His practice areas include a wide array of civil litigation including personal injury, premises liability, product liability, construction defect litigation and landlord/tenant law. He has nearly 40 years’ experience in insurance defense litigation, working as staff attorney for two large insurers, and as panel counsel with 4 other Bay Area law firms. In particular, he has 20 years of experience in the construction defect litigation field, in addition to previous trial experience in personal injury cases. Mr. Trevithick received his Juris Doctorate from the University California College of the Law, San Francisco (formerly UC Hastings) in 1984. During law school, he was an articles editor for the Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. He earned his undergraduate degree in political science from Claremont McKenna College, with honors.
